REMOVE PARTICLES DOWN TO 2 MICRONS IN SIZE FROM SURFACE FLUIDS

SURFACE WATER FILTER

Our surface water filter systems remove solids larger than 2 microns in size from produced water, industrial fluids, and other surface liquids. These skid-mounted, mobile units are designed to filter fluids under high pressure and feature cartridges that are easy to replace when needed.

BENEFITS

Save time and reduce complication

Cartridges enable quick and simple filter replacement as needed
Put the filter where you need it most

Skid-mounting enables you to easily position and install the system wherever you want
Filter water under high pressure

Rugged design gives you the flexibility to filter high-pressure water down to 2 microns

applications

  • Water flood fluid cleaning
  • Preparation of well killing fluids
  • High-pressure fluid filtering
  • Block pumping stations

capabilities

  • Filters solids and fines as small as 2 microns in size
  • Handles flowrates up to 27,500 gal/hr (125 m3/hr)

features

  • Filter cartridges are easily replaced as needed, saving time and hassle
  • Mobility enables you to easily place the filtration system where you want it
  • Rugged design can handle pressures up to 5,000 psi (35 MPa) while still filtering particles down to 2 microns in size
  • Flexible design enables in-line installation with high-powered water lines between production and injection wells, or as part of a block pumping station
